This practice is built on holding poses for longer—allowing strength to develop through time, breath, and awareness.
You’re guided to breathe deeply into the belly, feeling it rise and fall—even as the body begins to work and heat builds.
In that moment, instead of resisting the intensity, you learn to stay with it.
From that place, something shifts—calm, acceptance, and strength.
