DYNAMIC STRENGTH, BALANCE & CORE

A STRENGTH BASED PRACTICE BUILDING STABILITY, CONTROL, AND DEEP BODY AWARENESS 

This practice is built on holding poses for longer, allowing strength to develop through time, breath, and awareness.

You’ll be guided to breathe deeply into the belly — feeling it rise and fall — even as the body begins to work and heat builds.

In that moment, instead of resisting the intensity, you learn to stay with it.

And within that, something shifts — a sense of calm, of acceptance.

From that place, the body becomes stronger, and the practice deepens.

CLASSES

I teach a range of practices, each supporting the body in a different way:

Strength

Dynamic Strength Balance & Core

Strength, control, and stability through sustained holds and focused movement.

Balance

Yin Yang

A balanced practice moving between effort and ease — combining strength, flow, and release.

Release

Yin Yoga

Deep release and stillness, allowing the body to soften and restore.

Foundation

Hatha Yoga

A traditional practice focused on breath, alignment, and balance.
