My Story
Jeannette, mostly known as, Jen Rodd is a mother of two small children, and a step mother to two young ladies. She has lived abroad for the last 20 years. Jen has been practicing yoga for the last 24 years.
She has started business in London and Amsterdam, acted on South Africa's Soap Series Scandal!, and Hosts her own Podcast Show, Inspirational Interviews.
Jen recently settled back in South Africa, her home country, with her Dutch Husband and two young children. People always ask her, "why would you come back when everyone is leaving?" her answer is "So that my children can know half of who they are. So that they know who granny and grandpa are!So that they know who their South African uncles are. Living abroad is an earned privilege, living close to family is a gift."
Now Jen is settled in Sandton Johannesburg, and Teaches Yoga from her studios in Joburg. She also gives Life Coaching, Hosts Motivational Workshops, Healthy Cooking Workshops and Teaches Nutritional Art - a creative workshop which teaches children and adults about nutrition, through creativity and information.
